2014-15 Ticketing & Donation Updates
The BBSF will make every effort to alert its donors to any changes in priority seating and parking programs, or other processes with as much advanced notice as possible. A summary of significant changes for 2013 is available below. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with these new initiatives!
PRIORITY POINTS SYSTEM
Aggie Points, the Big Blue Scholarship Fund's priority point system, exists to reward individuals that have made a commitment to Aggie Athletics.
Aggie Points are used to determine season ticket seat assignments, parking, seat upgrades, away game ticket allocation, and post season ticket distribution.
In order to accumulate Aggie Points, one must be an active member of the Big Blue Scholarship Fund, making an annual contribution of at least $100.00.

ANNUAL GIVING & TICKET PRIORITY DEADLINE
The 2013 priority giving deadline for seat upgrades will be May 2 for football and August 29 for men's basketball.
The giving deadline for priority parking will be August 1 for football and October 1 for men's basketball.
These deadlines will be strictly enforced. Donors risk forfeiting their priority seating and parking benefits should they miss the appropriate deadlines. All season tickets and parking passes will be held by the BBSF office until the required BBSF gift is made.

SEASON TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
The purchase of season tickets is not a property right but rather a privilege that is assigned annually to you by the Utah State Athletic Department. Season ticket holder privileges may only be transferred to immediate family members (son, daughter, spouse) of a season ticket holder.
Only tickets may be transferred, parking passes are considered a benefit to being a donor and are non-transferable. Priority points also are not transferable; they stay with the original account. Utah State Athletics may require proof of relationship (birth certificate, marriage license, death certificate, divorce decree). For additional information regarding the Season Ticket Transfer Policy, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-888-USTATE-1.
PRIORITY PARKING ALLOCATION
Due to the increase of BBSF members and the plan for future facility developments, our parking around Romney Stadium and the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum has become more valuable. Please refer to the parking pass distribution chart below to help plan your future gifts to the BBSF.
Priority parking benefits are only made available to current season ticket holders who have made a gift of at least $100.
Donor will receive one parking pass for every four season tickets, up to the maximum allotted per giving level.
^Donors at the Touchdown Club ($7,000+) level are guaranteed one (1) TD Club parking pass. Final location will be determined prior to season. Location of other passes will be determined by priority points and availability.
*Donors at the Platinum ($4,000) level will be guaranteed one (1) Platinum parking pass. Final location will be determined prior to season. Location of other passes will be determined by priority points and availability.
Many employers provide matching gift programs for employee contributions. Ask your human resources department about your employer's matching gift policy and see how you can increase the impact of your donation.
If you plan on using your company's corporate matching gift toward your minimum required donation for priority seating, the matching gift must be received by August 1st for football, and October 1st for basketball. Your company's matching gifts process may require a significant period of time for processing, so please plan accordingly.
The Athletics Ticket Office and Big Blue Scholarship Fund are pleased to announce an electronic monthly payment plan option for all of your season ticket and Big Blue contribution needs. For more information on how to set up your monthly payment plan please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-888-USTATE-1 or the BBSF office at 435-797-2583.
Withdrawals will be made on the 15th of every month. The total amount of your 2013 Big Blue Scholarship Fund pledge is due by October 15, 2013.
