UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY'S COMPLIANCE MISSION

The Utah State University Athletic Department is dedicated to the constant pursuit of
compliance with all NCAA, Western Athletic Conference and institutional rules and regulations.
Each individual involved in intercollegiate athletics is obligated to maintain competency in knowledge
of the rules; to act within his or her realm of responsibility in full compliance with the governing legislation; and to report any violation of NCAA, conference and /or institutional rules of which he or she is aware.

This website is designed to be a helpful resource for coaches, staff, boosters, current student athletes, prospective student athletes and their parents to help further the missions of the NCAA, Utah State University and its athletics programs.

The Athletics Compliance Office is responsible for implementing, overseeing and executing the programs, policies and education to ensure that Utah State runs a clean athletic program that will
bring honor and prestige to the University and community as a whole. This can only be achieved through the efforts of the entire university community.
