Football Honorary Captains Form
The Football Honorary Captain program was established to give former Utah State Football players an all-access Aggie experience when they return to campus. Prior to each home game, four former players will be selected as Honorary Captains; they will be introduced via public address and they will accompany the current Aggie captains for the coin toss. They will also receive a reserved spot on the Utah State sidelines during the game.
Want to be an Honorary Captain? You can apply to be an Honorary Captain by filling out the form below. You can apply as an individual or a group of up to four. Please keep in mind that everyone in the group MUST be a former Utah State Football player (no kids, spouses, etc.). Due to limited availability, sideline pass allocation is on a first come, first serve basis. Those who request and do not receive Honorary Captain status this year will be placed atop a waiting list for 2013.
