Utah State University fans that want to attend the 2009 Western Athletic Conference Basketball Tournament in Reno, Nev., must buy their tickets through the University of Nevada Ticket Office. The USU Ticket Office has sold its allotment of tickets and are unable to purchase more.
The 2009 WAC Basketball Tournament runs from Tuesday through Saturday, Mar. 10-14 at the Lawlor Events Center on the campus of the University of Nevada. An all-session ticket for the entire tournament (men and women) for the general public is $145 for the upper bowl in the center and $110 for the upper bowl on the baselines. All-session passes for students are $55. Single-session tickets range from $35 to $45 for men's games are $15 for women's games. Students can purchase single-session tickets for $30.
All-session packages are available to purchase now, but single-session tickets will not go on sale until Mar. 2. Fans can contact the Nevada Ticket Office at (775) 348-7225.
Utah State's men's team is currently ranked 22nd in the nation with a 21-1 overall record, including a perfect 9-0 mark in league play. The Aggie women are 10-12 on the season and 4-5 in league play.
