LOGAN, Utah - Utah State Athletics is set for a busy week of home events, with 10 different opportunities available for Aggie fans. All events are free of charge.
The week begins on Wednesday, April 6, when the softball team (16-13, 4-2) hosts Montana (13-18) in doubleheader action. First pitch at LaRee & LeGrand Johnson Field is set for 1 p.m., with the second game following 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first.
Friday, April 8 boasts three events, beginning at 11 a.m., when the women's tennis team (8-9, 0-0) hosts Air Force in its Mountain West opener. The No. 56 men's tennis team (18-6, 3-0) will follow, hosting Nevada at 2 p.m. Both matches are scheduled to be played on the outdoor courts, but would move to the Sports Academy & Racquet Club in the case of inclement weather. The day will conclude as softball opens home Mountain West action in the first of three games against San José State at 3 p.m.
The softball team will continue play against the Spartans on Saturday, April 9, in a Noon game. Across the parking lot, Utah State football will wrap up its spring season with the annual spring game at 2 p.m.
Sunday, April 10, will find both tennis teams returning to the courts, as the women host No. 45 New Mexico at 10 a.m., and the men continue Mountain West action against Fresno State at 2 p.m. Softball will conclude its series against San José State at Noon.
