LOGAN, Utah - Utah State fans will have the chance to rub shoulders with head coaches when the annual Aggie Caravans start on May 12 with the first stop scheduled for Idaho Falls. The caravan will then make the trip to Preston, Idaho, on May 13 before four rounds in the state of Utah.
The Idaho Falls event will take place at Cafe Sabor (2635 S. 25th E) and begin at 6 p.m. Several Utah State head coaches will be present to converse with attendees, including head football coach Matt Wells, men’s basketball head coach Tim Duryea, women’s volleyball head coach Grayson DuBose and women’s soccer head coach Heather Cairns. In addition to the food provided by Cafe Sabor, the event will also include Aggie Ice Cream and a chance to win four tickets to an Aggie home football game.
Following the event in Idaho Falls, the Aggie Caravan will travel to Preston on May 13, making a stop at the pavilion at the Franklin County Fairgrounds (186 S. 2nd W) with food and Aggie Ice Cream also in the works. All four coaches attending the social in Idaho Falls will also make the trip to Preston.
The Aggie Caravan will then make the rounds in Utah, stopping in Ogden on May 19, Kaysville on May 20, Park City on May 25 and Sandy on May 26. Each head coach from Utah State athletic programs will be in attendance at the various stops and every event will feature food and Aggie Ice Cream. For more information about each stop of the Aggie Caravan, please contact Jimmy Moore, Assistant Athletic Director for Development Special Projects, at 435-797-7101 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
