Jason Herbers is in his sixth year as the Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing and Promotions at Utah State University after joining the staff in June, 2005. His duties include marketing campaigns and promotions of USU's 16 intercollegiate sports.
Herbers was most recently the Director of Marketing, Promotions and Ticket Operations at Eastern Washington University from July, 2001 to May, 2005.
Prior to working at EWU, Herbers was the Promotions Coordinator at Wisconsin from 1998-2001. He also worked for the La Crosse Bobcats of the CBA, the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Madison Mad Dogs.
Herbers, who was born in Monroe, Wis., on August 12, 1975, graduated from Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1997 and earned his master's degree from Eastern Washington in sports administration. Herbers and his wife Melissa have one son, Boston (1).
