Seating for those with ADA needs is available in the West side sections (100-107). All seating is sold on a reserved seat basis with seating for the ADA guest and one companion. Accommodations can be made at the top of East and South sections without designated spots in rows of general seating. If a guest has not ordered in advance, the ticket office will exchange tickets if space is available. ADA guests are encouraged to request seating in advance online at UtahStateAggies.com or call 1-888- USTATE-1. Parking is located in the Maverik Stadium West lot, in front of the South Ticket Office or B lot South of the stadium.
ALCOHOL & SMOKING POLICY
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside Maverik Stadium, including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed. All other animals are prohibited.
There are no current ATM machines located in Maverik Stadium. Concession stands do accept credit and debit card payment.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in restrooms throughout Maverik Stadium.
BAGS, CONTAINERS, COOLERS
Bags (12 x 12 x 12) and smaller are allowed in Maverik Stadium and must be able to be kept under a seat, clear of aisles, walkways and stairs. Hard-sided bags, suitcases, coolers and other similar containers are prohibited. Bags are subject to search upon entry.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners or signs are permitted if they are in good taste and contain no commercial or political messaging, profanity or derogatory statements. Signs may not block the view of other guests, be affixed to walls or rails or cover any existing stadium signage. Signs or poles may not be made out of wood or metal material. USU Event Staff reserves the right to confiscate any signs.
CAMERAS & VIDEO
Hand-held photography for noncommercial use is permitted at all games. Selfie sticks are prohibited. No video cameras, professional cameras or tripods are allowed without consent of Utah State Athletics Media Relations. To obtain a media credential, please contact 435-797- 3714.
Utah State University Athletics is committed to providing an equal opportunity game experience for all of our fans. This past season at USU Football games in Romney Stadium, all fans were able to receive closed captioning feeds not only on a tablet or smartphone of their choice while at the games, but the feed was also provided on the video board for easier viewership. Utah State University Catering is the exclusive concessionaire for Maverik Stadium. Concession stands are located at all levels of the stadium and sell a variety of items.
Visit (website) for directions on how to get to Logan. Maverik Stadium is located on the corner of 1000 North and 800 East.
Drinking fountains are located in the Southeast and Upper East concourses.
DRONES & RADIO-CONTROLLED AERIAL CAMERAS
Utah State University policies prohibit the use of aerial drones, helicopters and any other remote-controlled flying devices in or around Maverik Stadium or on campus grounds of USU.
University and stadium personnel reserve the right to eject any guest whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected without refund and the guest will be escorted from the stadium.
EMERGENCIES & EVACUATION PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency, please direct your attention to the videoboards and listen for PA announcements. USU Event Staff and University Police will also provide direction. Guests with disabilities should contact the nearest usher for assistance. If you must contact a guest during a game due to an emergency please text the Event Management Office at 435-554- 1010. For any campus emergency, dial 911 for ambulance, police or fire service.
EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Maverik Stadium has a NO re-entry policy. Guests who leave the stadium will not be permitted to re-enter.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Utah State is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lots we control around the stadium. Stadium and parking lot staff will intervene to support an environment where all guests can enjoy the game. Failure to comply may result in ejection. Fans attending games are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
- Interference with progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption that result in rude or irresponsible behavior. Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature. Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures.
- Foul or abusive language or gestures.
- Possession and/or use of illegal drugs or firearms
- Failing to comply with instructions from ushers, parking attendants, security or lawenforcement
First Aid staff (EMTs and Paramedics) are located throughout the stadium. First Aid is located under Section 205.
FOOD & DRINKS
No outside food or drink is permitted into Maverik Stadium. Items must be left in your vehicle or discarded prior to entry. Fans with infants may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk.
Maverik Stadium gates open one and a half (1.5) hours prior to kick off.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and found items can be turned in to an Event Staff member during the game. To claim items during the game or all other inquiries after the game should go through USU Police at 435-797-1939.

Official game day merchandise is available at the team store located on the south concourse.
Artificial noisemakers are prohibited. In addition to confiscation, violators may be subject to university disciplinary action (if applicable) and removal from the event site.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Ample parking is located adjacent and near the stadium. Lots are color-coded and season passes are assigned based on Aggies Unlimited points and giving levels. More parking information and maps can be found here.

- Stadium lots open at 2pm on weekday games, and 8am on Saturday games.

Game programs can be purchased at all gates until the second quarter.
Non-service animals, alcohol, tobacco, bicycles, skateboards, drones or remote aerial cameras, balls, glass or metal containers, illegal drugs, knives, fireworks, noisemakers, umbrellas, laser pointers, bottles and cans, outside food, strollers, large chairs or seat backs that do not attach to the bleacher, professional cameras (any camera with a removable lens), monopods, bipods, tripods and video cameras without consent of Media Relations and any other items USU Event Staff deems inappropriate or a safety hazard.
PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS
All public address announcements are carefully scripted for each event. It is not possible for guests to facilitate any personal announcements during an event unless there is an emergency.
STADIUM CHARIS, RENTALS & PERSONAL
Rental chairbacks are available for rental on a season basis by calling 1-888- USTATE-1. Personal chairbacks are permitted but should not exceed 18 inches in width or depth.
Provided verification of the buyer and location on our ticket system, lost, destroyed, misplaced or stolen tickets may be reprinted for the ticket holder of record only (with presentation of photo ID). The charge to reprint is $5 and non-refundable. Reprints and any other ticket services are located at the South Ticket Office.
Restrooms are located throughout Maverik Stadium on each concourse. There are two (2) family restrooms located on the southeast concourse and upper east concourse.
Spaces for RV parking on game days can be purchased by calling USU Parking Services at 800-538-2663 or 435-797-0423.
Strollers are not permitted in Maverik Stadium.
Ticket sales will begin at the South Ticket Office 3 hours prior to kick off on game days. The North Ticket Office on the ground level of the strength and conditioning building will open 3 hours prior to kick off. All guests age 3 and over require a ticket to enter Maverik Stadium. To avoid lines on game day, tickets may be purchased at UtahStateAggies.com or 1-888- USTATE-1. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited.
Umbrellas are not allowed in Maverik Stadium.
UNMANNED AIRCRAFT POLICY

General will call is located at the South Ticket Office and will open 3 hours prior to kick off on game days. Visiting team player guest and will call is located at Gate J (East side) and opens one and a half (1.5) hours prior to kick off. USU player guest, recruit and high school coach will call is located on the North side of Maverik Stadium at Gate K and opens one and a half (1.5) hours prior to kick off. Photo ID is required.
Individuals are permitted to tailgate as long as it does not take additional stalls or block the travel lanes of the parking lots. Tailgating activities should occur directly behind or in front of one's vehicle. The use of propane grills is permitted. Charcoal and open flame grills are not allowed due to safety reasons.
