The NCAA offers one-year internships at its national office in Indianapolis, providing on-the-job learning experiences for college graduates pursuing a career in athletics administration. Alumni Athlete Network Summer Internship Program
Wall Street Internship Program: Candidates will receive a 10 week, paid summer internship at one of the preeminent investment banks in the country. Interns are placed in a group or on a desk and work as full members of a deal / transaction team on meaningful assignments related to real projects.
* Corporate Partners: Banc of America Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and UBS
* Geographic Areas: New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Charlotte
In the inaugural Wall Street Summer internship Program, they placed 27 student-athletes from around the country at eight of their investment banking partners. The candidates performed extremely well with over 85% of the rising seniors receiving full-time offers upon graduation, and 100% of the rising juniors invited back for next summer.
In the summer of 2004 we were pleased to have Spencer Nelson selected to participate in the Wall Street Internship Program in New York. Nelson has since graduated with bachelors and a masters from Utah State and is now playing professional basketball in Europe. He plans to follow up with those he was associated with during his internship when he is ready to land a business career. Below are some thoughts about his experience.
"The internship that I was able to get was the best professional opportunity I've had in my life and opened up doors that I never even knew were there. Because of the internship I have a job waiting for me already which has alleviated a lot to the stress and enabled me to enjoy my last year of school a lot more," said Nelson, former member of the Men's Basketball team.

AXA has a job opportunity for recent college graduates. The department is called the Retirement Benefits Group. They help employees of companies understand and enroll in their retirement programs. They specialize in helping Public Schools, Non-Profit Organizations and Universities. There is a lot of interaction with people. They do a lot of group presentations and one on one consultation.
