Utah State: Named first-team all-WAC after finishing third in the 60m hurdles and the 4x400 relay at the 2010 Indoor Championships... Named second-team all-WAC after finishing sixth in the 60m hurdles at the 2009 Indoor Championships and in the 100m hurdles at the 2009 Outdoor Championships... Earned USTFCCCA academic accolades in 2009... Named second-team all-WAC after finishing fifth in the 100m hurdles and sixth in the 4x100 relay at the 2008 Outdoor Championships... Named second-team all-WAC after finishing fourth in the 4x400 relay and fifth in the 4x100 relay at the 2007 Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
High School: Received outstanding performance honors at regionals and state in 2005 and also received MVP honors at state in 2006... Holds the 100m hurdles record... Named all-state eight times and state champion seven times.
