USU Track And Field To Compete At BYU Invitational

LOGAN, Utah- Utah State track and field will travel to Provo, Utah on Friday, April 1 to compete in the BYU Invitational. USU will compete against Boise State, BYU, Wyoming, Utah, UVSC and Weber State.
The men's track and field team is led by freshman Zack Lloyd, who was named Big West Conference Field Athlete of the Week after finishing first in the shot put, third in the discus and 13th in the hammer throw last week at the Sacramento State Invitational.
Jill Steele, Amy Eagan, Katie Thatcher and Becky Bostwick will led the woman's track and field team at the BYU Invitational, they all had first place finishes at last week's Sacramento State Invitational. Sarah Dimmick, who won the 800 meters at last year's BYU Invitational, will look to repeat again this year in the 800 meters.
Utah State's next meet will be at the UCLA Invitational on April 8 and 9.
