AJ Boully Named MW Men's Track Athlete of the Week
LOGAN, Utah – Utah State senior sprinter AJ Boully has been named the MW Men's Track Athlete of the Week for meets held through April 2, it was announced Tuesday afternoon by the conference.

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State senior sprinter AJ Boully has been named the MW Men's Track Athlete of the Week for meets held through April 2, it was announced Tuesday afternoon by the conference.

It is the first time this year and second time in Boully’s career that he has earned Mountain West weekly accolades.

The native of Boise, Idaho, won both the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay titles with times of 49.58 and 3:06.72, respectively, last weekend at the 90th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, presented by Spectrum. In his 400m hurdles victory,  Boully edged out Texas hurdler and 2016 Olympian, Byron Robinson. His time in the 400m hurdles ranks third all-time in school history, first in the Mountain West and second in the nation this season. Boully's 4x400m relay time ranks first in the Mountain West and 18th in the nation this season.

The Mountain West Outdoor Championships will be held in Logan, Utah, on May 10-13, just 12 days before the First Round of the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas, on May 25-27.
