2004 Big Sky Conference All-Tournament Team
Will be one of Utah State's primary attackers in 2008... A good athlete who can hit a variety of sets... An intense player who is a also a very good blocker and passer... Will be looked upon to provide solid senior leadership.
2007 Season (R-Jr.):
Earned second-team all-Western Athletic Conference honors during her junior season as she averaged 3.16 kills, 2.88 digs and 0.75 blocks per game... Started all 30 matches as an outside hitter and played in 103 games... Finished second on the team in kills (325), digs (297) and service aces (29), and was fourth in total blocks (77)... Finished the year with a .139 hitting percentage... Also averaged 3.83 points, 0.28 service aces and 0.16 assists per game... Recorded 14 double-doubles during the season and notched double-digits in kills 19 times... Posted a season-high 20 kills against Montana State and had a career-high 22 digs at Weber State... Her best offensive match of the season was at San Jose State as she hit .429 (10-1-21)... Was named the WAC Player of the Week on Oct. 1 after leading the Aggies to a pair of road wins at San Jose State and at Fresno State as she hit .338 (28-4-71) during the two matches and averaged 5.00 points, 4.00 kills, 3.71 digs, 0.86 blocks, 0.57 service aces and 0.29 assists per game... Finished the year by recording a career-high eight blocks in back-to-back matches at No. 10 Hawai'i and against San Jose State in the first round of the 2007 WAC Tournament... Also had a career-high four service aces against the Spartans in her final match of the season... An academic all-WAC honoree.
2006 Season (RS):
Redshirted during her first year at Utah State after transferring from Portland State University.
Spent two years at Portland State as she started 54 matches and played in 209 games... During her sophomore season she finished third on the team with 240 kills, while adding 2.02 digs, 0.40 blocks and 0.28 service aces per game... Recorded double-digits in kills 10 times, including a career-high 30 against Idaho State... During her freshman year, she finished second on the team with 397 kills and ranked fifth in the Big Sky Conference with 3.54 kills per game... Was also second in the conference in service aces per game (0.37)... Was the first player in school history to earn Big Sky Conference all-tournament team honors... Also recorded a then career-high 20 digs against Cal Poly during her freshman season... A two-time academic all-conference selection.
Earned all-state and all-region honors three times leading Skyline High School to three 5A state championships... Set 10 season and career school records during her career... Was a member of the USA High Performance team and the Intermountain Region High Performance team that played in Germany, Croatia, Russia and Slovenia.
Born March 10, 1986 in Salt Lake City, Utah... One of five children of Rick and Brenda Osterloh... Majoring in English teaching.
