A versatile athlete who has continued to improve during her time at Utah State... Is expected to have a great senior season... Has developed into one of the better blockers on the team.
2007 Season (Jr.):
Started 17 matches and played in 22 in her second season at Utah State... Finished the year by averaging 1.10 kills, 1.22 blocks, 0.22 digs and 0.14 assists per game... Led the team and ranked fifth in the WAC in blocks... Averaged 1.51 blocks per game during WAC matches which ranked second in the conference... Also led the team with a .297 hitting percentage... Recorded a career-high nine kills in three separate matches during the season, including at Boise State on Oct. 20 as she hit .538 (9-2-13)... Had a season-high eight blocks at San Jose State on Sept. 27 and posted a career-high three digs at Idaho on Nov. 5... Earned academic all-WAC honors for the second straight year and was also named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District VIII second-team.
2006 Season (So.):
A walk-on who played in 21 matches and 39 games during the season... Finished the year by averaging 0.67 kills, 0.90 blocks, 0.23 digs and 0.15 assists per game... Set a new single-match school record against Boise State on Oct. 21 as she recorded 14 blocks in a four-game win against the Broncos... Her 13 block assists against Boise State were also a school record in a four-game match and tied for the most in a single-match in school history... Also helped Utah State set two team records for blocks in a four-game match with 42 assists and 23.0 total blocks against the Broncos... The 42 block assists rank as the most in school history, regardless of the number of games played... Her best offensive match of the season was against Idaho State as she recorded a season-high eight kills and hit .231 (8-2-26)... An academic all-WAC selection.
Played in 30 matches, starting six, and in 110 games as a freshman at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., during the 2004 season... Finished the year first on the team with 0.84 blocks per game and fourth on the team with 224 kills (2.04 kpg)... Hit .164 during the year on 581 attacks... Recorded double-digits in kills in nine matches, including a season-high 17 against Saint Mary's... Had a season-best seven blocks against Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Earned all-region and first-team all-Cache Valley honors as a senior at Logan (Utah) High School as she recorded 143 kills, 121 blocks, 117 digs and 20 service aces... Also participated in track where she was a state qualifier in the 800 meters.
