2012-13 SEASON (JR):

Played in all 31 games, one of five Aggies to do so, and made 30 starts... Led the team and ranked sixth in the WAC with 14.2 points per game, while also averaging 8.4 rebounds per game, also leading the team and ranking third in the league and 71st in the nation... Posted a 53.9 percent field goal percentage (179-of-332), ranking fourth in the conference and 50th in the NCAA... Was also 81st in the country in double-doubles with nine... Also averaged 72.3 percent at the free throw line (81-of-112), ranking 12th in the WAC... Additionally, ranked ninth in the WAC in blocked shots with 0.97 per game... Tallied career-high scoring in back-to-back games with 21 points against Louisiana Tech (1/26) and then topping that with 27 points at Idaho (1/31)... Registered team-leading nine double-doubles, most recently with team-high 15 points and 10 rebounds in Texas State game on March 7... Logged his other eight double-doubles against Saint Mary's (17 pts./15 reb.), Weber State (16p/12r), Utah Valley (12p/11r), Nicholls State (19p/11r) and back-to-back games against Idaho (12p/12r), San Jose State (12p/10r), Louisiana Tech (21 p/14r) and Illinois State (18p/11r), just missing a double-double with one rebound shy four other times... Posted double-figure scoring a total of 26 times... Netted career-high 27 points at Idaho (1/31), while posting career-best 15 rebounds in Saint Mary's game (11/15), career highs for both his USU career and his Oklahoma State career... The 15 rebounds in Saint Mary's game were the most by an Aggie player since Nate Bendall had 16 rebounds against Fresno State on Jan. 11, 2011... Had double-digit rebounds in nine games, posting double-doubles all nine times... Led USU in rebounding in 18 games, including first five games of season... Led team in scoring in 12 games... Set a new career-high with four blocked shots in Louisiana Tech game (1/26) after not having a swat in any of the previous four games... Added three blocked shots in Weber State (11/24) and Seattle (1/3) games and had at least one rejection in 19 games... By going 5-for-5 at the free throw line at UT Arlington (3/2), was perfect at the charity stripe for the second game in a row as he was 6-for-6 at the free throw line at Louisiana Tech (2/28)... Posted a final season average of 8.4 rebounds per game (261 rebounds in 31 games), which is the highest single-season rebounding mark since Eric Franson in 1995-96 with 8.5 rebounds per game (282 rebounds in 33 games)... With 261 total rebounds, was 10 boards shy of reaching USU's top 20 single-season rebounds list, as Tai Wesley (2010-11) and Bob Lauriski (1971-72) are currently tied for 19th with 271 rebounds.

2012 SEASON (RS):

Redshirted during his first season at Utah State.


Played in 26 games as a sophomore at Oklahoma State, averaging 1.2 points and 1.2 rebounds per game, while shooting 50.0 percent from the field (12-24) and 57.1 percent at the free throw line (8-14)... Scored a career-high eight points in 12 minutes at Texas as he was 2-of-3 from the floor and 4-of-4 at the free throw line... Recorded four points and a career-high five rebounds in 11 minutes at Texas Tech... Finished the year with six blocks and two steals while playing an average of 7.3 minutes per game... Appeared in 18 games, starting one, as a freshman at OSU as he scored 11 points and grabbed 17 rebounds to go along with three blocks and three steals.


Was named the District 11-4A Defensive Player of the Year as a prep senior at Carter High School in Dallas, Texas as he led the Cowboys to a 31-4 record and a No. 1 ranking in Class 4A... Scored a career-high 41 points to go along with 15 rebounds and six blocks against North Dallas during his senior season and finished the year averaging 13.5 points and 9.7 rebounds per game... Was ranked as a top 120 player nationally by Rivals.com and the No. 15 center in the country... Earned first-team all-District 11-5A honors as a junior.
