This Season: One of three seniors on the team that will have to provide leadership on and off the court... Should be the starting center after coming off the bench in his first year at the Division I level... A great rebounder and shot blocker that also possesses a nice perimiter game... A very good athlete for his size.

2001 Season (Jr.): Appeared in all 34 games, averaging 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds in 12.8 minutes off the bench... Finished third on the team with 23 blocks... Shot 51 percent from the field... Best game of the year came on national television against Long Beach State, scoring 12 points on 6-10 shooting and grabbing six rebounds... Also scored in double-figures against Albany and Cal State Fullerton in the first-round of the Big West Tournament with 10 points in each contest... Set a new Gossner Foods Classic record with five blocked shots in the tournament and tied the single-game record in the tournament with four blocked shots against Albany... Played a season-high 21 minutes against UC Irvine... Played at least 10 minutes in 25 games.

Junior College: Was a second-team all-Coast Conference player his sophomore season at Canada College in Redwood, Calif... As a sophomore, he shot 53 percent from the field and 70 percent from the free-throw line... He averaged 12.0 points and 10.0 rebounds per game... Prior to playing at Canada, Vague spent one season at Pepperdine, where he played in four games.

High School: Was a two-time Most Valuable Player for San Marcos High School in San Diego... During his senior year he averaged 23.0 points and 17.0 rebounds... He still holds school records for blocked shots, and is second all-time in scoring in school history.
