HIGH SCHOOL:
As a prep senior at American Fork (Utah) High School, was named the Region 4 Co-MVP and earned first-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News as he helped the Caveman to a 19-3 record and a co-region championship while teammates with fellow USU freshman Marcel Davis... Averaged 13.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.4 steals per game as a senior, while shooting 54.7 percent from the field (70-128), 33.8 percent from three-point range (26-77) and 68.3 percent at the free throw line (69-101)... During his senior year, he scored in double-figures 17 times, including two 20-point games as he had a career-high tying 25 points against Mountain View High School... Also had a career-high 14 rebounds against Syracuse High School, a career-high six assists against Desert Vista (Ariz.) High School, and a career-best four steals against Riverton High School... As a prep junior, Bair earned first-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News as he averaged 12.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in helping the Cavemen to a 22-5 record... During his junior season, he scored in double-figures 19 times and had 20-plus points in three of those contests, including a career-high 25 points against Sierra Vista (Nev.) High School... Also had two double-doubles during the season as he grabbed a season-high 13 rebounds versus Bingham High School... Scored in double-figures nine times as a sophomore as he averaged 9.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game... Played for the Utah Pump N' Run AAU team that advanced to the semifinals of the Adidas Super 64 in 2011.
