As a prep senior at American Fork (Utah) High School, was named the Region 4 Co-MVP and earned first-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News as he helped the Caveman to a 19-3 record and a co-region championship while teammates with fellow USU freshman Marcel Davis... Averaged 13.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.4 steals per game as a senior, while shooting 54.7 percent from the field (70-128), 33.8 percent from three-point range (26-77) and 68.3 percent at the free throw line (69-101)... During his senior year, he scored in double-figures 17 times, including two 20-point games as he had a career-high tying 25 points against Mountain View High School... Also had a career-high 14 rebounds against Syracuse High School, a career-high six assists against Desert Vista (Ariz.) High School, and a career-best four steals against Riverton High School... As a prep junior, Bair earned first-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News as he averaged 12.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in helping the Cavemen to a 22-5 record... During his junior season, he scored in double-figures 19 times and had 20-plus points in three of those contests, including a career-high 25 points against Sierra Vista (Nev.) High School... Also had two double-doubles during the season as he grabbed a season-high 13 rebounds versus Bingham High School...
