Averaged 4.8 points and 3.4 rebounds a game for Tyler (Texas) JC in five contests before spraining his ankle and missing the rest of the season... Averaged 10.0 points as a freshman and had a career-high 26 points against Lubbock Christian College.
High School:
Earned all-county and honorable mention all-state honors as a senior averaging 15.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and five assists per game... Was named all-city his junior and senior season... Team was the state runner-up his freshman year as well as going to the Final Four of the state playoffs his sophomore season.
