Utah State Head Coach Stew Morrill...
"It's obvious that they're a really good basketball team. They pretty much dominated both halves. They're hard to guard and have a couple premiere players. They didn't even have their normal starter at the five. I just thought they were really good. We dug ourselves a little bit of a hole in the first half. We didn't guard ball screens very well. New Mexico is a borderline Top 25 team right now."

Senior Guard Preston Medlin...
"They did a good job. They're a good team. We didn't hold them. They were tough to guard. They got a lot of easy putbacks and made some easy shots. Coming out of halftime, Jarred (Shaw) and Kyle (Davis) had some momentum and got some easy shots. Some of their guys weren't getting as much into the post, so they took advantage of that. It was good for us. We just need to keep being aggressive and keep making plays."

Sophomore Forward Kyle Davis...
"It felt good to be back out there and playing. It was a little painful at the beginning, but it started feeling better as we went on. As a team, we know we can battle back into games. We've done that in our last few games. We just have to figure out how to keep that going and not let them come back on us. That will be the big focus these next few days in practice as we get ready to take on Wyoming. From the beginning we have to stop and not get into these holes. We have to figure out how to not fall behind from the beginning. That will be a big emphasis in practice. It's a physical team that we just played. New Mexico has some big, strong guys in the middle. We're expecting that physical of a game when we play them later in the season in The Pit."

New Mexico Head Coach Craig Neal...
"We're very fortunate to come in here and get a win. We know it's a tough environment. It was a unique experience for all of us because it was our first time here. I'm really impressed with their team. I've always had a great respect for Coach Morrill. I think he does a good job, it's just that our conference is really tough. We're fortunate to come out with another road win and I'm really happy with our performance."
