Post-Game Notes vs. San Diego State (2/15/17)

TEAM NOTES
* Utah State is now 9-5 at home this season and 19-11 at home under head coach Tim Duryea.
* Utah State falls to 9-6 this season and 22-9 under Duryea when out-rebounding its opponent as the Aggies had a 36-33 advantage on the boards.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
* Senior wing Jalen Moore scored 20 points and has now scored in double-figures 24 times this year and 85 times in his career, which ranks sixth all-time in school history. It was also his eighth 20-point game of the season and the 18th of his career.
* With his 20 points, Moore now has 1,527 career points to rank 12th all-time in school history and is now just nine points shy of tying Reid Newey (1984, ’87-89) for 11th place with 1,536 points.
* For his career, Moore played in his 119th career game tonight, which ranks eighth all-time in school history. Moore also moved into seventh-place all-time in school history with 1,129 career field goal attempts, moving ahead of Reid Newey (1,118), Shaler Halimon (1,124) and Tony Brown (1,127).
* Moore also tied his season-high in minutes played for the third time this year with his 40 minutes.
* Sophomore forward Quinn Taylor grabbed eight rebounds, marking the 10th time this year and 20th time in his career he has grabbed at least five boards in a game.
* Freshman guard Sam Merrill scored 12 points for his 10th double-figure scoring game of the season.
* Freshman guard Koby McEwen scored in double-figures for the 20th time this season with his 13 points. McEwen added five rebounds, marking the 16th time this season he has grabbed at least five boards in a game.
