∙ With the loss, Utah State is now 5-32 against UNLV all-time, including a 1-18 record in Las Vegas.

∙ Sophomore forward Norbert Janicek scored in double figures for the 10th time this season and third time in the last four games with his 12 points.

∙ Freshman guard Sam Merrill scored in double figures for the third consecutive game and 13th time in his career with his 11 points, all in the second half. Merrill also tied a career high with one block.
