** Utah State has won its last 12 exhibition games, with its last exhibition loss coming on Oct. 31, 2007 to EA Sports, 86-81.
** USU is now 24-5 (.828) in exhibition games under head coach Stew Morrill.
**Utah State scored 108 points Friday, scoring 58 points in the first half and 50 points in the second half... Last season's top team scoring outing was 86 points, while their most points scored in the first half was 43 vs. Nicholls State (12/20/12) and their most second half points was 50, at Texas State (12/31/12).
** USU shot 44-of-69 (63.8 percent) from the field... Last year's top team marks were 35 field goals, vs. Western Oregon (12/8/12), 65 field goal attempts, vs. Idaho (1/5/12) and 62.2 percent (28-of-45) at UTSA (12/29/12).
** All 12 players that were in uniform for Friday's game saw action.
** All 12 scored at least three points with five players in double-digits.
** Two Aggie players made significant returns to action Friday, in senior guard Preston Medlin and junior forward Danny Berger after missing time last season. Berger had not played since late November, after collapsing in practice on Dec. 4 and going into full cardiac arrest. Medlin had not played since mid-January, missing the last 15 games of the season due to a broken wrist.
** Medlin led USU with 22 points, dishing out six assists... Medlin's official season-highs from last year when he played in 16 games were 25 points and six assists... His career highs are 32 points and eight assists.
** Five Aggies made their USU debuts Friday night, including senior forward Sean Harris, who missed last season with a knee injury, tallying fourth points to go with three rebounds. Also seeing the first time on the court for the Aggies were four newcomers in sophomore forward Kyle Davis, who started and posted six points, four points, one steal and one assist. Freshman forward Jalen Moore netted 10 points to go with three rebounds, three assists and two steals. Freshman guard JoJo McGlaston logged seven points and one rebound, while fellow freshman guard Viko Noma'aea notched three points and one assist.
** Senior guard/forward Spencer Butterfield netted 20 points, hitting 4-of-4 three-pointers... Butterfield's official season and career-highs from last season were 23 points and four three-pointers.
