Utah State Men Hosts Adams State In Final Exhibition Game Saturday Afternoon

LOGAN, Utah - Utah State men's basketball will play its final exhibition game of the 2011-12 season on Saturday afternoon when it hosts Division II Adams State in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum at 4 p.m.
Following the basketball game, USU's volleyball team will host Idaho in its final home match of the season at 7:30 p.m., and fans with a men's basketball ticket will receive free admission to the volleyball match.
Fans can listen to the men's basketball game live on the Aggie Radio Network throughout the state of Utah with the pregame starting at 3:35 p.m., with Evan Nyman and Rod Tueller calling the action. All Aggie men's basketball games are broadcast live on KVNU (610 AM/102.1 FM) and KLZX (95.9 FM) in Logan, KZNS (97.5 FM) in Salt Lake City, KZNU (1450 AM) in St. George, KVEL (920 AM) in Vernal, KRPX (95.3 FM) in Price, and KLZX (105.3 FM) in Montpelier, Idaho, as well as on the internet at www.UtahStateAggies.com.
Utah State, who returns one starter and four lettermen from last year's WAC Championship and NCAA Tournament team (30-4, 15-1) won its first exhibition game last weekend against UC San Diego, 74-42. Senior point guard and WAC Preseason Player of the Year Brockeith Pane had 12 points, four assists and two steals in the contest, while senior forward and preseason second-team all-WAC selection Brady Jardine finished with 11 points and seven rebounds.
Following its exhibition game against Adams State, Utah State will officially begin the season at home on Friday, Nov. 11 against in-state rival Brigham Young at 7 p.m.
