Antonio Bumpus Leaving Utah State Due To Family Health Issues And Personal Injuries
Utah State men's basketball head coach Stew Morrill announced Tuesday that Antonio Bumpus will be leaving the university and the Aggie basketball team after the fall semester to deal with some health issues within his immediate family along with personal injuries he has suffered during his time at USU.

LOGAN, Utah - Utah State men's basketball head coach Stew Morrill announced Tuesday that Antonio Bumpus will be leaving the university and the Aggie basketball team after the fall semester to deal with some health issues within his immediate family along with personal injuries he has suffered during his time at USU.

During his time at Utah State, Bumpus has been unable to practice or available for play due to multiple injuries. Bumpus, who is majoring in interdisciplinary studies, is on track to receive his degree in one more semester.

Bumpus, a junior guard from Columbus, Ohio (Eastmoor Academy) redshirted last season at Utah State after transferring from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pa., where he was a two-time National Junior College Athletic Association All-American.
