USU-BYU Men's Basketball Game Postponed
Athletics officials from BYU and Utah State have determined that tonight's men's basketball game between the two universities will be postponed due to the serious medical condition of USU student-athlete Danny Berger that occurred during practice on Tuesday.

LOGAN, Utah - Athletics officials from BYU and Utah State have determined that tonight's men's basketball game between the two universities will be postponed due to the serious medical condition of USU student-athlete Danny Berger that occurred during practice on Tuesday.

The game was originally schedule for tonight at 7 p.m. in Provo and will be rescheduled for a later date.

The in-state game is being postponed due to a serious medical condition of a USU player that occurred Tuesday during practice.

USU junior forward Danny Berger (Medford, Ore.) was tended to on the court by the USU Athletic Training staff, CPR was performed and the AED (automated external defibrillator) was used on him until ambulance personnel arrived. Berger is currently in critical condition at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray.

Tests and evaluations are ongoing, and further information will be released when available. Stay tuned to www.UtahStateAggies.com for further information.

Utah State is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, Dec. 8 when it hosts Western Oregon in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum at 7 p.m.
