Utah State-Brigham Young Game Rescheduled For Feb. 19
Utah State and Brigham Young athletics announced Saturday that the BYU vs. Utah State basketball game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 7 p.m. (MT) at BYU's Marriott Center. The game will be broadcast on BYUtv.

LOGAN, Utah - Utah State and Brigham Young athletics announced Saturday that the BYU vs. Utah State basketball game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 7 p.m. (MT) at BYU's Marriott Center. The game will be broadcast on BYUtv.

The game was originally scheduled for Dec. 5 but was postponed due to the serious medical situation of USU student-athlete Danny Berger. Berger, a junior forward from Medford, Ore., had a serious medical situation during practice Tuesday afternoon and was tended to on the court by USU Assistant Athletic Trainer Mike Williams. CPR was performed and the AED (automated external defibrillator) was used on him until ambulance personnel arrived.

Berger's condition at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah was upgraded Thursday from critical to fair, and he was moved out of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) and into CVU (Cardiovascular Unit), but was released from the hospital Saturday morning.

All tickets issued for the original game will be honored on Feb. 19. Fans are asked to direct all ticketing questions to the Marriott Center Ticket Office at (800) 322-2981 or (801) 422-BYU1.

Utah State men's basketball hosts Western Oregon on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, then plays at Utah Valley in Orem, Utah on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.
