Did not play in either of the last two seasons, but played in five games in 2003, completing eight of 21 passes. 2005 (Jr.): Did not play during the season. 2004 (So.): Did not see any action on the year. 2003 (Fr.): Played in five games as a backup... Completed eight of 21 passes for 71 yards on the year... Played the entire second half against Troy State in place of an injured Travis Cox... Was seven of 17 for 56 yards with three interceptions in that game. 2002 (RS): Spent the year working as the scout team quarterback. High School: Was a four-year letterwinner as a quarterback... Earned all-league honors twice and was all-district as a senior... Was the league's outstanding offensive player his senior year... Threw for more than 5,000 yards and 50 touchdowns in his career... Also played basketball and baseball... Was a two-time all-league basketball selection. Personal: Born Feb. 26, 1983 in Walnut Creek, Calif... Son of Glenn and Lori Black... Has one sister... Major is physical education and he would like to be a teacher and a coach... Hobbies include snowboarding and playing golf.
