Quickly: First name is pronounced Eric... Returns to man the starting center spot for the second straight year... Can snap with either his right or left hand.

2002 (Jr.): Was USU's starting center in all 11 games... Broke his right hand at Louisiana-Monroe and started snapping with his left hand as he continued playing, despite a cast on his right hand.

2001 (RS): Redshirted his first year at USU.

Junior College: Was named an honorable-mention Junior College All-American in 2000 and also was a first-team all-state and all-Mission Conference selection... He was named one of the top-100 players in the country as a sophomore.

Personal: Born Jan. 18, 1981 in San Luis Obispo, Calif.... Son of Mark and Elizabeth Galliano... Has two brothers and one sister... Along with USU, he was recruited by North Carolina State, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Nevada, and Missouri... Has already earned his degree in exercise science and is currently working on his master's degree in education.
