2011 (FR): Played in four games, tallying one tackle against Weber State and one against Wyoming.
HIGH SCHOOL: A two-time second-team all-Region 2 honoree by the Deseret News... Guided Alta (Utah) High School to 10-3 mark, losing in 5A state championship game... Registered 65 tackles (26 solo, 39 assists), including leading team with 7.5 sacks, seven pass break-ups and two fumble recoveries, one of which he ran back 35 yards for a touchdown... Had three and a half sacks in game against Timpview... Was team captain... As a junior, totaled 76 tackles (22 solo, 54 assists) with four sacks, two pass break-ups and two fumble recoveries, helping Hawks to second-straight 5A state championship with a 13-1 mark... Had nine tackles in title game... Also played fullback as a junior, scoring four touchdowns on the season.
