Also received Orange Coast CC's Captain Award... Earned all-CIF and Pacific League Offensive Player of the Year honors at Corona del Mar HS after throwing for 2,289 yards on 141 completions with 22 TD's... Set several school records, including most completions in a game (25), most passing yards (2,289), highest completion percentage (59.5) and most total offense yards (2,452)... Son of Joseph and Staci Hughes... Has one sister... Majoring in communication studies at Utah State... Chose USU because of football program.
