Utah State and Toledo jointly raised a donation of 1,700-pounds of potatoes and 400-pounds of ground beef to be given to two Boise-based charities and two team-hometown charities.
<2012 (RS-SO): Started all 13 games at right guard... Graded out at 77 percent in overall performance, including seven games over 80 percent... Executed his blocks with perfect technique 63 percent of the time, including at least 70 percent in four games... Carried out the right assignment 98 percent of the time, including three games where he did not miss an assignment... Also graded out at 73 percent in effort... Posted 67.5 knockdowns, including a season-best 15.5 against Southern Utah (8/30) in the season opener... Did not allow a sack during the year.
2011 (RS): Redshirted during his first season at Utah State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-year letterman in football at Lone Peak (Utah) High School, earning all-Region 4 honors in helping the Knights to the 2008 regional championship... Also lettered in basketball, track & field and wrestling, collecting two each in wrestling and track & field... Was on the Lone Peak HS Honor Roll, as well as an Eagle Scout.
