RECORDS: Ranks tied for first all-time in both Utah State and Mountain West history with four punt returns for touchdowns joining USU's Kevin Robinson (2004-07) and Utah's Steve Smith (1999-2000), respectively... Returned 56 punts for 643 yards during his USU career and that average of 11.5 yards per punt return ranks third all-time in school history... His 80 yard punt return at Wyoming (11/7/14) ranks as the ninth-longest in school history... Had 127 career receptions for 1,031 yards to rank 11th all-time in school history in career receptions... Is just the 17th player in school history with 100 receptions and the 32nd player in school history with 1,000 career receiving yards.
2014 (JR): Played in 13 games, making 10 starts at wide receiver... Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors as a punt returner as he ranked first in the conference and tied for third in the nation with two punt returns for touchdowns, first in the MW and 10th in the nation in punt returns (11.7 ypr), and eighth in the MW and 96th in the nation in all-purpose yards (99.6 pg)... Returned 25 punts for 292 yards with two touchdowns on returns of 52 and 80 yards against Idaho State (9/6) and Wyoming (11/7), respectively... His 80-yard punt return against UW is the ninth-longest in school history... Was named a first-team all-Mountain West punt returner by both Phil Steele and College Sports Madness... Was named the College Football Performance Awards National Punt Returner of the Week following USU's 40-20 win against Idaho State (9/6) as he returned two punts for 58 yards, including a 52-yard touchdown... Was also named the College Football Performance Awards National Punt Returner of the Week following USU's 20-3 win at Wyoming (11/7) as he returned one punt for a career-long 80-yard touchdown... Finished the season by gaining 40 yards on five carries against UTEP in the Gildan New Mexico Bowl... Offensively, he ranked second on the team in receptions (51) and receiving yards (504), tied for second in receiving touchdowns (2), third in rushing yards (498), tied for third in rushing touchdowns (3), and fourth in rushing attempts (50)... His seven total touchdowns ranked tied for first on the team with fellow senior wide receiver Hunter Sharp... Was named the team's co-offensive MVP.
2013 (SO): Played in all 14 games, making eight starts at wide receiver... Earned honorable mention all-Mountain West honors as a punt returner as he ranked fourth in the conference and 22nd in the nation with his punt return average of 11.3 yards... Also ranked first in the MW and second in the nation with two punt returns for touchdowns... Was named a third-team all-Mountain West punt returner by both Phil Steele and College Sports Madness... Was named the Mountain West Special Teams Player of the Week and the College Football Performance Awards National Punt Returner of the Week following USU's 45-10 win at New Mexico (10/19) as he returned a career-high five punts for a career-best 102 yards, including his first career punt return for touchdown of 65 yards... Was also named the College Football Performance Awards National Punt Returner of the Week following USU's 35-7 home win against Wyoming (11/30) as he returned four punts for 93 yards, including his second career punt return for touchdown from 64 yards... Also had four punt returns for 64 yards against Colorado State (11/23), including a long of 41 yards, and four punt returns for 54 yards with a long of 24 yards against Weber State (9/14)... Finished the season with 59 receptions for 395 yards (6.7 ypr) with two touchdowns, and carried the ball 28 times for 98 yards (3.5 ypc) with three touchdowns... Was the only player in the nation with multiple rushing, receiving and return touchdowns during the year... Had career-highs with nine receptions for 83 yards at Utah (8/29)... Had an 11-yard touchdown reception against Hawai'i (11/2) and a 6-yard touchdown reception against Wyoming... Had four receptions for 50 yards, including a career-long reception of 38 yards, at No. 24 Fresno State (12/7) in the inaugural Mountain West Championship game... Had at least five receptions in six games during the season... Best rushing game of the season was in a 28-24 road win at UNLV (11/9) as he carried the ball a career-high eight times for a career-best 61 yards, and scored his first two career rushing touchdowns on runs of 13 and 12 yards... Also had a career-long rush of 16 yards against the Rebels... Scored his third rushing touchdown of the season from 10 yards at Fresno State... Ranked first on the team in receptions (59), third in receiving yards (395), fifth in rushing yards (98) and sixth in rushing attempts (28), along with leading the team in punt returns (31) and punt return yards (351)... His seven total touchdowns (3-rushing, 2-receiving, 2-punt return) ranked second on the team behind Joey DeMartino's 14 total touchdowns.
2012 (FR): Played in 12 games, including his first career start against Toledo (12/15) in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl... Caught 17 passes for 132 yards (7.8 ypr), including his first career touchdown on a season-long 23-yard pass against Texas State (11/3)... Had a season-high 30 receiving yards against the Bobcats... Caught a season-best four passes against both UTSA (10/27) and Toledo... Had two receptions against Southern Utah (8/30), San José State (10/13) and Texas State, and caught one pass each against Colorado State (9/22), UNLV (9/30) and Louisiana Tech (11/17)... Also had two carries for 15 yards during the season as he rushed for seven yards against Texas State and eight yards at Louisiana Tech.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played wide receiver at Boyd H. Anderson (Fla.) High School... Was high school teammates with former USU wide receiver Travis Reynolds and current USU cornerback Daniel Gray... Named to all-district team and was named the Cobras' team MVP... Posted 41 receptions for 560 yards with seven touchdowns his senior year... Had 90 receptions for 900 yards and 20 touchdowns for his career.
