Was a leader on special teams as well during the year and was credited with nine tackles on special teams play... Offensively he did not record a rush, but caught one pass for a five-yard touchdown against Texas Tech in the season opener. 1999 (So.): Made five tackles on the year... Was a regular on almost all of USUís special teams units. 1998 (Fr.): Played extremely well on USU special teams, making plenty of big plays, especially on kickoff coverage... Did not play at running back during the season. 1997 (RS): Redshirted his first year at Utah State after walking onto the team. Junior College: Was enrolled at Ricks JC and redshirted in 1994 before going on a mission. High School: Was a four-year letterwinner at Glenns Ferry... Was an all-state selection as a running back and a linebacker... Rushed for 1,500 yards and 25 touchdowns as a senior... Was selected the top linebacker in the state as a senior...
