Participated in the U.S. Army National Combine, and had the highest vertical leap of all the offensive lineman (34 inches)... Helped Cottonwood HS to an 8-4 record and a 5A quarterfinal appearance... Chosen to play in the Hawaii/Polynesia-Mainland Bowl, along with fellow USU teammate Elvis Kamana-Matagi...
