2016 (RS): Redshirted during his first season at Utah State.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterwinner at Coronado High School in Henderson, Nev., where he played football, basketball and volleyball... Totaled more than 1,000 receiving yards at tight end with 81 catches, including eight touchdowns over the course of his career... Appeared in just five games as a senior after suffering a season-ending foot injury after recording 362 yards on 24 receptions with two touchdowns... Appeared in 11 games as a junior, logging 593 yards on 43 catches with five touchdowns and a season-long reception of 74 yards en route to earning first-team all-region and first-team all-Sunrise Division honors... Also earned offensive team MVP honors as a junior... Appeared in seven games as a sophomore, recording 105 yards on 14 catches with one touchdown... Team captain of both the football and basketball teams as a senior... Two-time defensive team MVP on the basketball team, helping the Cougars to a state runner-up finish in 2016... Earned second-team all-Sunrise Division honors on the hardwood as a junior... Varsity starter on the volleyball team as a sophomore, where he averaged 3.4 kills per set, totaling 189 on the year en route to earning first-team all-region honors.   

PERSONAL: One of three children of Scott and Connie Boman... Uncle, Jon, was a member of the Colorado football team that won the National Championship in 1990... Majoring in biology.
