Averaged 46 yards per punt and had a long field goal of 46 yards... Also played slot back and averaged 22.1 yards per catch with five touchdowns... Threw a 109 yard touchdown pass in a championship game... Graduated high school in 2002... Also played rugby in high school and was his school's MVP two times... Also earned a division player of the year honor in that sport... Played hockey up until high school. Personal: Born May 19, 1983 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada... Son of Len Wheeler... Mother is deceased... Has three brothers and two sisters... All of his brothers play football and his dad played as well... Grandfather played for the Hamilton Wildcats of the Canadian Football League... Plans to major in biological science or kinesiology and would like to become a doctor... Hobbies include playing rugby, swimming, fishing, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
