-- Saturday was not only USU's second game in a row in rallying from down double digits and scoring the game-winning TD in the final minute, but it was also the second year in a row that the Aggies rallied from down double digits and scored in the final minute against San Jose State, as last year at San Jose, Derrvin Speight scored a 15-yard TD run with 34 seconds left to give USU a 38-34 win over SJSU, rallying from down 10-0.
-- USU's game-winning score with 47 seconds is No. 9 on the Aggies' last-minute game-winning scores since 1991.
-- The rally from down 12 points (33-21) is tied for No. 4 on USU's double-digit deficit rally since 1991.
-- Saturday was USU's sixth game this season decided by one score, the second-most in the country behind Louisville, who played in its seventh of the season on Saturday with a 21-14 home loss to Pittsburgh.
-- Seven of the last nine meetings between USU and SJSU have been decided by one score.
-- Junior RB Robert Turbin had 128 yards Saturday, giving him 1,049 for the season, marking the 15th time that an Aggie running back has reached the 1,000-yard mark... Turbin is the 10th different USU running back to reach the four-digit yardage mark.
-- Turbin becomes just the fifth Aggie back to reach 1,000 yards in two seasons, joining Louie Giammona (1974, 1975), Emmett White (2000, 2001), Rick Parros (1977, 1979) and Roger Grant (1990, 1991).
-- With two TD's Saturday, Turbin tied his own USU single-season total TD record of 18 set in 2009... He also tied Abu Wilson (1996) for the school record for single-season rushing TD's with 16.
-- Now with 108 points on the season, Turbin is just two points shy of his own singe-season scoring record of 110 points set in 2009.
-- The 128 yards was Turbin's sixth 100-yard rushing game this season and 14th career 100-yard rushing outing, entering Saturday as just one of 18 active FBS players with 10 or more 100-yard games.
-- With 128 yards Saturday, Turbin now has 2,847 yards for his career, moving past Aggie great Emmett White (1998-2001) for No. 5 spot on USU's Career Rushing list... White had 2,791 yards for his career... With 153 more yards, Turbin would become just the fifth Aggie running back with 3,000 career yards.
-- Turbin's two TD's give him 37 career rushing TD's, tying Demario Brown (1996-99) for No. 2 on USU's Career Rushing TD list and padding Turbin's school record Career Total TD mark with 46.
-- Turbin moved up to No. 13 on the WAC's Career Rushing list, maintaining his spot at No. 9 on the WAC's Career Total TD list., while moving up to No. 33 on the WAC's Career Rushing Yards list.
-- With 12 tackles Saturday, senior LB Bobby Wagner now has 407 career stops, becoming just the third USU player since 1979 and the fourth WAC player in the same span to reach the 400-career tackle milestone... Wagner maintained his spot at No. 3 on USU's Career Tackles list and No. 4 on the WAC's Career Tackles list.
-- Sophomore PK Josh Thompson broke the USU Single-Season PAT record, as Saturday's four PAT's give him 41 for the season, passing Brad Bohn's 39 extra points in his freshman season of 1997... Thompson also tied Bohn's mark from that same season for single-season extra points attempted with 43, as Thompson is now 41-of-43 (.953), ranking No. 7 on the single-season PAT percentage list.
-- SJSU's field goal on its opening possession was the second time that the opponent scored on its first possession of the game, also doing so in the Wyoming game.
-- Saturday was the third time this season that the opponent had scored first, and USU is now 2-1 when doing so.
-- After not trailing at halftime in its first seven games of the season, USU has now trailed at the break in the last two games, and won both.
-- The Aggies were also behind entering the fourth quarter for the second game in a row and just the third time this season, joining the season-opener at Auburn and are now 2-1 when doing so, after holding six fourth quarter leads this season, going 2-4 in those six games.
-- SJSU's Tyler Ervin 95-yard kickoff return was the second yielded by USU this season, after the 97-yarder by Auburn's Tre Mason
-- Senior WR Stanley Morrison snared a reception in his 33rd-consecutive game in his career, which leads the WAC.
-- Morrison also saw his first action at QB as an Aggie in the third quarter... Morrison was a QB in high school.
-- Senior WR Eric Moats also now has at least one catch in last nine games and 31 of 33 career games played.
-- After only one TD catch in the first seven games of the season, junior WR Matt Austin now has two TD catches in the last two games, snaring one in the first quarter last week at Hawai'i and the game-winner Saturday.
-- Senior RB Michael Smith's 77-yard TD run was not only a career-long but also the 15th-longest rushing play in school history... After a seven year quiet period, USU has put three marks on the list in the last three years, led by Robert Turbin's school-record 96-yard run at Utah along with Turbin's 80-yard run in the BYU game this season, tied for No. 11 on the list.
-- Smith now has four runs of 50+ yards this season, including two TD's, joining the 60-yard TD run in the Weber State game.
-- Junior QB Adam Kennedy made his first start of USU career.
-- Senior LB Bobby Wagner made his 36th-straight start and 41st overall of his career, leading the Aggies in both categories.
-- Senior OL Philip Gapelu started for the 32nd-consecutive game and 37th game of his career overall, ranking second on the team in both.
