Activities Aplenty Surround Saturday's USU Spring Game

LOGAN, Utah - A bevy of activities surround Saturday's Utah State football spring game, including everything from an Aggie softball game to a HURD scrimmage, Equipment Room ceremony to football alumni gathering.
Utah State softball will conclude its three-game Western Athletic Conference series with a single game at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday at LaRee and LeGrand Johnson Field. The Aggies face the Spartans of San Jose State in a doubleheader on Friday starting at 2 p.m. before concluding the series on Saturday.
The HURD scrimmage starts at 12:30 p.m. at Merlin Olsen Field at Romney Stadium and concludes by 1:45 p.m.
USU's Athletics Department will be honoring former equipment manager Ken Seamons by officially naming the equipment room in the Jim and Carol Laub Athletics-Academics Complex in his honor on Saturday at 1 p.m.
The ceremony will be held on the first floor of the Jim and Carol Laub Athletics-Academics Complex and is open to the public. A tour of USU's new 6,000 square foot equipment room will immediately follow the unveiling of the J. Ken "Kenny" Seamons Equipment Room.
Utah State football will conclude its spring camp with the Blue-White Spring Game starting at 2 p.m. at Merlin Olsen Field at Romney Stadium. After the scrimmage, players will be signing autographs on the 2010 Aggie Football spring mini-poster.
Following the scrimmage, football alumni will meet with the current Aggie squad.
The USU Ticket Office will be open at the South Ticket Office at Romney Stadium from 12:30 - 4 p.m. for Aggie football season ticket renewals as well as taking new orders.
