Utah State Football Set to Play on National TV Saturday at UNLV

LOGAN, Utah - Set for its final road game of the season, Utah State football will play at UNLV Saturday, Nov. 9. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. (MT) and will be televised on ESPNU (Comcast Ch. 400, Direct TV Ch. 208, Dish Network Ch. 141).
The Aggies are playing on national television for the 10th time this season, and the second on the ESPN family of networks. Joe Davis will be on play-by-play with Dan Hawkins on the call.
Utah State and UNLV will be meeting for the 21st time in series history this weekend, with USU owning a 13-7 advantage including a 6-4 road record. The first game played in the series was on Sept. 25, 1971 in Logan with USU winning, 27-7. USU won the last meeting between the two teams, 35-13, on Sept. 29, 2012 in Logan. The last time the two teams played one another in Las Vegas was on Aug. 30, 2008 with the Rebels winning, 27-17. The last time USU defeated UNLV in Las Vegas was on Sept. 24, 2005 by a final score of 31-24. Overall, USU has won 10 of the last 13 games played in the series.
Along with its television coverage, all Utah State football games can be heard in various locations across the state of Utah and southeastern Idaho, as the Aggie Sports Network will once again have numerous affiliates broadcasting the games live.
KVNU 610 AM in Cache Valley will continue to serve as the flagship station for Aggie football, while affiliates in Salt Lake City, Vernal and Price will once again be part of the Aggie Sports Network.
Fans can listen to USU Football in Salt Lake City on KZNS 1280 AM, in Vernal on KVEL 920 AM, and in Price on KRPX 95.3 FM. Every affiliate station will carry the one-hour pregame and postgame show in addition to the 50-minute weekly coaches show.
Additionally, Cache Valley/Tremonton fans can listen to the Aggie Sports Network on KVNU 102.1 FM and KLZX 95.9 FM, while Southeastern Idaho fans can listen via a KLZX translator on 105.3 FM in Montpelier, Idaho.

The Utah State Alumni Association is hosting a pre-game party from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Fans will gather at Star Nursery Field, near the northeast corner of Sam Boyd Stadium. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and include a full barbecue buffet.
