Utah State's Bruce Natson Earns College Football Performance Punt Return Honors Following Wyoming Game

LOGAN, Utah - Utah State's Bruce 'JoJo' Natson has been named a National Punt Returner Performer of the Week by the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) following Utah State's 35-7 win against Wyoming this weekend.
A sophomore from Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Boyd Andersen HS), this is Natson's second time receiving the award as he also won the honor following USU's 45-10 win at New Mexico on Oct. 19. Natson shares this week's Punt Returner Performer of the Week title with San Diego State's Tim Vizzi.
Against the Cowboys, Natson returned four punts for 93 yards, including one 64 yards for a touchdown. Natson also had a 34-yard punt return in the game.
Overall, Natson has scored two receiving touchdowns, two rushing touchdowns and two punt return touchdowns this season and is the only player at the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) level to accomplish this feat.
On the season, Natson has returned 31 punts for 351 yards and his 11.3 yard per return average ranks fourth in the Mountain West and 22nd in the nation.
Up next, Utah State will play No. 24 Fresno State in the inaugural Mountain West Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. (MT). The game will be televised nationally on CBS.
