Chanse Bruce Godderidge is the son of Bruce and Julie Godderidge, and is falls in the middle of his four sisters. Chanse is from Smithfield, Utah, and attended Sky View High School where he was a four year letter winner. Chanse was All-State his junior and senior years as well a winning Region 5 individual his junior year and placing third in individual his senior year. Chanse also participated in basketball and was a three year letter winner.
