Utah State Golfers Tied For 16th-Place Following First Two Rounds of Wyoming Hosted Cowboy Classic

Sophomore Seokwon Jeon is tied for 27th-place with a 3-over par 143 (71-72) and Utah State's men's golf team is currently tied for 16th-place with a 32-over 592 (290-302) after the first two rounds of the Wyoming hosted Cowboy Classic held here at the Talking Stick Golf Club, North Course Monday.
Utah State began the day with a 10-over 290 during its first round and then carded a 22-over 302 during its second round for its 32-over 592. Oklahoma leads the 21-team field with an even par 560 (275-285) and Gonzaga's Sean Walsh sits on top of the leaderboard with a 7-under 133 (68-65).
Jeon (Salt Lake City, Utah) began his day with a 1-over par 71 before firing a 2-over 72 during his second 18 holes Monday to sit tied for 27th-place with a 3-over 143.
Senior Tanner Higham (Shelley, Idaho) had rounds of 73 and 75 on Monday for Utah State and is currently tied for 58th-place with an 8-over 148. Freshman Braxton Miller (Boise, Idaho) is also tied for 58th-place with an 8-over 148 after rounds of 73 and 75. Junior Grahm Schmaltz (Kalispell, Mont.) is tied tied for 94th-place with a 13-over 153 (73-80) and freshman Eli Rogers (Hamilton, Mont.) is tied for 106th-place with an 18-over 158 (77-81).
