Utah State's Brennan Coburn Tied for 23rd after First Two Rounds at Battle in the Tetons

Utah State's Brennan Coburn is currently tied for 23rd-place with a 6-over 150 after the first two rounds of the Weber State hosted Battle in the Tetons held here at the Headwaters Golf Club at Teton Springs Resort Monday.
Utah State currently sits in ninth-place in the 10-team field with a 29-over 605 (308-297). Southern Utah has a five-shot lead after the first two rounds with a 2-over 578 (292-286), while Utah Valley's Mason Casper sits atop the leader board after rounds of 66 and 69 for a 9-under 135.
Coburn, a freshman from Layton, Utah began the tournament with a 4-over 76 and then shot a 2-over 74 in his second round. Junior Brendan Dennis (Roosevelt, Utah) is tied for 30th at 7-over 151 (79-72), while sophomore Tanner Higham (Shelley, Idaho) is tied for 32nd with an 8-over 152 (76-76). Senior Austin French (Idaho Falls, Idaho) is tied for 35th with a 9-over 153 (78-75) and senior Chanse Godderidge (Smithfield, Utah) is tied for 51st with a 17-over 161 (78-83).
Utah State freshman Tanner Jenson (Parker, Colo.) is also competing in the tournament as an individual and is currently tied for 30th at 7-over 151 (74-77).
Teams will tee off on Tuesday, September 6 in the final round of the Battle in the Tetons beginning at 8:30 a.m.
