OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Bill Ross Intercollegiate - Day One Results Utah State golfer Seokwon Jeon is currently tied for 14th-place with a 2-over 146 after the first two rounds of the UMKC hosted Bill Ross Intercollegiate held here Monday at the Milburn Golf and Country Club. Utah State currently sits tied for 10th-place in the 14-team field with a 23-over 599 (301-298). UMKC has a four-shot lead after the first two rounds with a 4-under 572 (288-287), while South Dakota's Samuel Matthew sits atop the leader board after rounds of 67 and 72 for a 5-under 139. Jeon, a freshman from Salt Lake City, Utah began the tournament with a 1-under 71 and then carded a 4-over 75 during his second 18 holes to sit tied for 14th-place with a 2-over 146. Senior Brendan Dennis (Roosevelt, Utah) is tied for 29th-place with a 5-over 149 (76-73), freshman Reed Platke (Whitefish, Mont.) is tied for 58th with a 9-over 153 (78-75), junior Kris Sayer (Idaho Falls, Idaho) is tied for 63rd with a 10-over 154 (79-75) and fellow junior Tanner Higham (Shelley, Idaho) is tied for 71st-place with a 13-over 157 (76-81).
