LOGAN, Utah - Utah State's men's tennis team (6-5, 0-0 MW) will travel to Tucson, Ariz., this week to face Arizona (9-7, 0-0 PAC-12), Fresno State (5-7, 0-2 MW) and Saint Mary's (5-3, 0-0 WCC) on March 13, 14 and 15, respectively. The match against Fresno State will be the Aggies' first Mountain West match in school history.

Utah State is coming off an almost two-week break after a 4-3 win on Feb. 28 against Idaho, the top-ranked team in the Mountain Region. In the win, freshman Dennis Baumgartner defeated the No. 12-ranked singles player in the region after partnering with junior Marcus Fritz for a doubles victory against the top-ranked doubles tandem in the region.

Junior Matt Sweet has won six matches in a row during the last three team dual matches in singles and doubles combined, as he pairs with freshman Sebastian Schneider in doubles. Schneider is 5-2 in both singles and doubles during dual match play.

Arizona is in the middle of playing four matches in seven days, as the Wildcats lost to Louisville, 7-0, on March 10, and will play three matches this weekend. Arizona boasts the No. 18-ranked singles player in the Southwest Region.

Fresno State is currently on a two-match win streak after narrowly losing to No. 69 New Mexico, 4-3, in a Mountain West matchup. Saint Mary's is led by the No. 19-ranked singles player in the Northwest Region.
