LOGAN, Utah - Utah State men's tennis will travel to Honolulu, Hawaii where they will compete in the Western Athletic Championship Friday, April 24 at the University of Hawai'i Tennis Complex, looking to take their first win in WAC action. The Aggies enter the championship as the seventh seed and will play No. 46 and second-seeded Fresno State at 4 p.m. (MT).

This will mark the second match between the Bulldogs and the Aggies. Fresno State swept USU, 7-0, on April 4 in Fresno, Calif. The first round will be a rematch of last year's championship where second-seeded and No. 49th ranked Bulldogs defeated the seventh-seeded Aggies, 4-0.

Advancement in the tournament will be determined by Thursday's matches. The victor of the USU and Fresno State match will play the winner of the match between third-seeded and last year's WAC Championship winner Hawai'i and sixth-seeded Idaho on Saturday, April 25.

The Aggies ended regular season action with three matches in Boise, Idaho from Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19. USU fell in all three matches to No.19 Boise State, 7-0, New Mexico State, 6-1 and No. 66 Nevada, 6-1. The Aggies concluded the regular season with an 8-12 record and 0-6 in WAC play.
