2010-11 (JR):
Played in 30 games, starting 26... Earned first-team all-WAC honors and was named the WAC Newcomer of the Year, the first Aggie to win the award... Averaged 15.2 points per game to lead the team and finish fourth in the WAC... Also averaged 8.4 rebounds which was fifth in the league... Also averaged 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game... Finished the season with a field goal percentage of .502 and a free throw percentage of .683... Led the team in points scored with 457 along with offense and defensive rebounds with 93 and 158, respectively... Scored a season-high 26 points against Northern Arizona (Dec. 4), pulled down a season-high 15 rebounds against Idaho State (Dec. 11) and had a season-high five steals against Idaho (Feb. 19)... Had a perfect game from the free throw line against New Mexico State (Feb. 24) going 13-for-13 as well as dishing out a season high eight assists... Earned WAC Player of the Week honors back-to-back weeks (Dec. 6, Dec. 13).
2009-10 (RS): Reshirted first season at USU.
PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Selected the Big West's Sixth Woman of the Year in `08 at UC Santa Barbara... Was selected to the all-Big West Freshman Team... Led the team with her .488 shooting percentage... Pulled down 132 total rebounds, third-most on the team...Recorded two double-doubles, both coming in the regular-season's final four games... One of only two players to score in double figures in NCAA Tournament game vs. Virginia... As a sophomore at UCSB, she averaged 3.4 points and 2.6 rebounds a game and led the Gauchos in scoring three times.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Chandler High School, Brown was a four-year varsity letterwinner... Was named Team MVP three-straight years from 2005-2007... Also a three-time recipient of the Chandler High School Female Athlete of Year award... Recorded per game averages of 22.8 points, 11.7 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 4.1 steals, and 1.5 blocked shots as a senior... Shot 41 percent from the floor and made 39 three-pointers... Also competed in badminton as a prepster.
PERSONAL: Born September 16, 1988... The daughter of Roger Brown and Tracy Giarrizzo... Has two brothers and two sisters... Major is interdisciplinary studies.
