Danyelle Snelgro was a standout point guard for Utah State from 2005-09. In 2009, Snelgro became the first Utah State women's basketball player to earn first-team all-Western Athletic Conference honors. She was also named to the WAC all-defensive team in 2009. Snelgro led the Aggies in scoring (14.2 ppg), assists (128) and steals (73) in 2008-2009.

Snelgro is one of only six Aggies to reach the 1,000 point milestone for her career and now stands at fifth all-time on the Aggie list with 1,043 career points. She is also USU's all-time steals leader with 216.

After finishing her senior season at Utah State, Snelgro played professionally in Jyvalsklya, Finland last season averaging 14.7 points, 3.2 assists, 5.6 rebounds and 2.8 steals.

Started all 29 games... Recorded 9.2 points and 3.3 rebounds per game... Was ninth in the WAC with 2.8 assists per game... Ranked third in the league with 2.3 steals a game... Ranks fifth on the USU career assists list with 208... Stands in fourth-place on the USU career steals list with 143... Led the team with 68 steals on the season... Started in 27 games... Posted 7.8 points per game, along with dishing out 3.0 assists and swiping 1.9 steals, ranking seventh in the league in both categories.... Dished out 81 assists for second on the team, making her career total 126... Tallied double-digits in points in 10 games, including a career-high 18 points in home overtime win versus Fresno State (Jan. 6)... Scored 211 points on the season for fourth on the team... Had a season-high five steals in win against Colgate (Dec. 30).

2005-06 (FR):

Was named to the all-WAC freshmen team... Played in all 27 games, starting 17 contests... Averaged 4.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game... Recorded a team-high 24 steals (0.9 steals per game)... Second on the team by averaging 23.3 minutes per game... Tallied double-digit points five times, all in the last 10 games of the season, including a career-high 14 points at Louisiana Tech on Feb. 11... Snared five or more rebounds in eight contests, highlighted by a career-high eight boards in win at New Mexico State (Feb. 9)... Dished out three or more assists seven times.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Averaged 12.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 3.7 steals as she helped lead her team to a 23-6 record, including a perfect 10-0 mark in league play as a senior... Was ranked first in the Pacific League in assists (128), second in three-point field goals made (40), third in scoring (339 points) and third in steals (103)... Shot 51 percent from the floor, including 39 percent from beyond the arc... Was selected second-team all-California Interscholastic Federation...
