SATURDAY'S MEET
• No. 23 Utah State is back home this Saturday to host the Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference Championships, welcoming No. 11 Boise State, No. 19 Southern Utah and BYU to the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum at 6 p.m.

• The Aggies come into Saturday's meet after recording the seventh-best team score in school history on the bars with a 49.275 on March 10 against No. 19 Southern Utah. Unfortunately for Utah State, it had to count two falls on beam for the second straight meet, which helped the Thunderbirds sweep the regular season series from USU with a 195.675-194.600 victory in front of 1,413 fans at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.

Sophomore Madison Ward was one of a trio of Aggies to tie for first on bars and the sophomore from Rexburg, Idaho, did so with a personal-best score of 9.875. Junior Melanie Oster and freshman Brittany Jeppesen also tied for first on bars for Utah State. For that duo, the 9.875s matched their career highs.

Ward also went on to tie for first on floor with a 9.875. She now has a team-leading 10 event titles on the season, including seven on floor, and has finished in the top three on 17 separate occasions throughout the year.

• Utah State enters the MRGC Championships with a Regional Qualifying Score (RQS) of 195.830, while Boise State has an RQS of 196.835, BYU has an RQS of 195.460 and Southern Utah has an RQS of 196.300.

• The Aggies will begin the meet on bars, before rotating to beam, floor and vault. A live stream (subscription required) is available on FloGymnastics, while live scores for the meet will be available at utahstateaggies.com.

MATHEMATICALLY LOCKED
With its team RQS of 195.830, Utah State is mathematically locked in for the NCAA Regional Championships, which will be held on Saturday, April 1, at six different sites across the country, including Fayetteville, Ark., Gainesville, Fla., Champaign, Ill., Lincoln, Neb., Seattle, Wash., and Morgantown, W.Va. This will be the Aggies' fourth straight trip to the NCAA Regionals.

AGGIES RANKED NO. 23 AGAIN
Utah State remained at No. 23 with a Regional Qualifying Score of 195.830 in the latest Road To Nationals team rankings, which were announced Monday. This is the fourth consecutive week the Aggies have been ranked in the top 25.

Utah State is one of three teams from the MRGC ranked in the top 25. Boise State dropped one spot to No. 11 with an RQS of 196.835, while Southern Utah jumped up two spots to No. 19 with a 196.300. Oklahoma ranks first in the nation with an RQS of 198.000. The Sooners are followed by LSU (197.785), UCLA (197.500), Florida (197.495) and Utah (197.355).

RQS will determine rankings for the remainder of the season. Qualification for regional competition is based on a team's and an all-around competitor's six best regular season meet scores, of which three must be away. To obtain the regional qualifying score (RQS), the high score is eliminated and the remaining five scores are averaged.

ABOUT UTAH STATE
Host Utah State enters Saturday's Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference Champion- ships with an overall record of 7-10 and a league mark of 2-4. In the RQS standings, the Aggies are 23rd nationally and third in the MRGC with a score of 195.830.

As a team, the Aggies are tied for 29th in the nation on vault (48.930), tied for 24th on bars (49.085), 25th on beam (48.955) and 29th on floor (49.080).

Individually, senior Bailey McIntire leads Utah State in the all-around with an RQS of 38.660, while fellow senior Katie Brown is tops on vault with a 9.810. Senior Keri Peel has an RQS of 9.850 on bars and freshman Elle Golison leads the beam team with a 9.820. Sophomore Madison Ward is tied for 28th nationally on floor with an RQS of 9.895 and high of 9.900 (1/20 at BYU, 1/29 at New Hampshire, 2/3 against BYU, 2/17 against Boise State and 2/25 at the Masters Classic).

ABOUT BOISE STATE
Two-time defending Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference champion Boise State enters the meet with an overall record of 9-4 and a record of 4-0 in league action.

In the RQS standings, the Broncos are 11th nationally and first in the MRGC with a 196.835. Boise State is tied for 12th nationally on vault (49.170), ranked fifth on bars (49.335), tied for 11th on beam (49.245) and ranked 19th on floor (49.190).

Individually, Shani Remme leads the Broncos in the all-around with an RQS of 39.320, which ranks 19th in the nation, while Courtney McGregor is tied for 38th with a 39.125. Mary Frances Bir leads the team on vault with a 9.855, which is tied for 38th nationally, while Diana Mejia is tied for 16th on bars with an RQS of 9.895. Remme is BSU's top beam performer with a 9.905 RQS, which is tied for 16th in the nation, and Sandra Collantes leads the team on floor as she is tied for 49th with a 9.870.

ABOUT BYU
BYU heads into the weekend with an overall record of 5-9 and a record of 1-4 in Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference action. In the RQS standings, the Cougars are tied for 32nd nationally and fourth in the MRGC with a 195.460.

BYU is 30th in the nation on vault (48.925), 18th on bars (49.150), 46th on beam (48.650) and 33rd on floor (49.035).

Individually, Shannon Hortman leads the Cougars in the all-around as she ranks 42nd nationally with an RQS of 39.110. Mackenzie Douglas is BYU's top vaulter with a 9.840 RQS, while Brittni Hawes is tied for 31st in the nation on bars with a 9.880. Jill van Mierlo leads the team on beam with a 9.855 and Mackenzie Douglas is tops on floor with a 9.865.

ABOUT SOUTHERN UTAH
Southern Utah enters the weekend with an overall record of 7-3 and a record of 3-2 in Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference action. In the RQS standings, the Thunderbirds are 19th nationally and second in the MRGC with a 196.300.

SUU is 18th in the nation on vault (49.090), 17th on bars (49.155), tied for 23rd on beam (48.980) and ranked ninth on floor (49.305).

Individually, Stacie Webb leads the Thunderbirds on vault with an RQS of 9.845, while Memory Shettles is the top bars worker at 9.835. Stacie Webb has an RQS of 9.845 on beam, including the school's first perfect 10.000 earlier this week at BYU. Autumn Jorgensen is tied for 36th nationally on floor with an RQS of 9.885.
