Posted two assist on the year, her first coming on USU's first goal in its 4-0 home shutout of Nevada on Sept. 11... Her second assist was on a Nicole Feuz goal that gave USU a 1-0 triumph against Northern Arizona on Sept. 28... Is third among active players with nine career points... Earned academic honors as an all-Big West and Joe E. Whitesides selection.

2002: Played in 15 of USU's 20 games... Scored one goal against UC Santa Barbara... Posted three assists on the year... Earned academic honors as an all-Big West and Joe E. Whitesides selection.

2001: Scored her first collegiate goal against Washington (Sept. 1)... Took seven shots on the season... Didn't start, but played in 17 of the Aggies' 18 games last year.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Eisenhower High School... Recorded 17 goals and seven assists to earn first-team all-conference honors as a senior... Received all-conference accolades in each of her first three seasons, including being named Top Newcomer in 1997... Helped her team to district championships in 1999 and 2000 as well as a league championship in 2000... Set a school record for career goals with 40... Played for the Sun City Strikers club team where she scored 35 goals and had 14 assists during her career... Also lettered in track for four years.

Personal: Born October 25, 1982... Daughter of Thomas and Mary Schend... Major is biology.
